Our company hours are 7:00 am CST to 7:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, with cell support after hours and on weekends. We have regional support offices in Ohio, Indiana, Washington, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
Your Annual Support fee includes: Phone Support 24/7/365, AgVantage Software Enhancements, full system documentation, an annual license to run the software, monthly newsletter, “live” access to enhancements, and message board information with constantly changing information. |
