Our company hours are 7:00 am CST to 7:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, with cell support after hours and on weekends.  We have regional support offices in Ohio, Indiana, Washington, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.

Your Annual Support fee includes:  Phone Support 24/7/365,  AgVantage Software Enhancements, full system documentation, an annual license to run the software, monthly newsletter, “live” access to enhancements, and message board information with constantly changing information.

AgVisor Program

We have created the AgVantage AgVisor program where the customer can prepay for many things that they foresee happening, including consulting, conferences, on-site training, unlimited eTraining, and “sametime” or Instant messaging into our support and development team.

 

What Happens When I Call AgVantage With a Question?

A Support Representative will address your call immediately or will contact you later for problem resolution.

If we need access to a PC, we use AgVantage Rescue to provide remote access support, similar to PC Anywhere, where we generate a 6 digit code that the user enters on their PC to grant and approve of access for PC related issues, and use Telnet to access your iSeries.  We also use Team Viewer on most Passport Interface installations, to allow access if problems arise with that application.

Online Support IBM Hardware Support License Agreement
The miles between our office and yours become less important with the availability of Electronic Customer Support. Upon your approval, our Customer Support staff can connect via a High Speed Internet connection to your system and offer first hand support for issues as they arise.
Our hardware representatives will assist with the setup and configurations of hardware that is purchased from AgVantage Software, Inc. We also offer a best effort basis for the support of hardware that is purchased from another vendor. We base our support of products on those of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
When you sign on with AgVantage Software, Inc. you receive the perpetual, non-exclusive right to use AgVantage Software products on the identified IBM Power System.
