Energy Management needs!

Energy Management is the system that allows you to completely manage your fuel customers using a variety of features. You can manage their tanks with a keep full, customer call in, or by degree day process. A GPS system is tracked to the truck and then back to the mapping software. The tank history is very useful and helps when calculating more accurate "fill" dates. The system is fully integrated with the AgVantage Accounting system, allowing more accurate management of accounts.

AgVantagePC™ Energy allows your drivers to have a laptop on the road with them to help better manage their deliveries. When a delivery is made, it will display the customer's contract price and the gallons of the delivery. It will then tax the patron/producer based on their tax code and if they have a prepayment, it will allow the driver to "charge it off" of their prepayment balance. The data stored on the laptops then synchronizes with the iSeries, when your driver gets back to the office, to update customer records, deliveries, tank and other important information. AgVantage PC, along with the Mapping program, are time savers and provide the customer with an easy to read invoice with the correct pricing, presenting a professional image of your business.

AgVantagePC Fuel Dispatching is the counter-point to the AgVantagePC Energy program. This software allows your office workers to take customer calls for will-calls and keep-fulls and dispatch them to the your drivers. The dispatching software is fully integrated with the mapping software and has an "easy to use" graphical face to allow a variety of styles when dispatching to the drivers.
