| AgVantage Software now offers a Disaster Recovery solution. We have chosen Lakeview Technology's product, Mimix, as the software for this solution. Housed in a remote office is an IBM Power System server, offering a Disaster Recovery plan for your company. |

| This solution will offer a way for you to feel confident that your data is being backed up in a consistent manner many times a day, to a Power System server that we house at one of our corporate locations. In addition, it will also offer you a plan for system use, if your system is unavailable, in a turnkey manner. |
