Here are this weeks software updates:

This includes Inventory Transfers and Blends update immediately
These ptfs include the final program in the process to update inventory immediately when entering Inventory Transfers and Blends. The merge process will only update inventory when the transactions cross over from another AgVantage program or another vendor software interface. A ptf was released a few months ago that changes inventory blends and transfers to update inventory live when they press F1, instead of during the merge. However, we were also updating them at merge time until we added a flag now to stop this from happening.
You can verify your inventory is accurate by drilling down to the details of Adjustments in your Inventory Inquiry option. You should not have double entries there on your AB or AT transactions. If you do, email Markm@agvantage.com and support@agvantage.com. With your permission, we will remove these double entries quickly from the data and you are ready to go on with any normal adjustments.
Exception: The only exception to this would be if you did have double entries and then did Physical Inventory Adjustments that have already been entered and merged for November 30th, that 'corrected' your data to show the correct amount 'on hand' as of November 30th. In that case, we would want to leave these double entries alone.
