Print screen just prints dots

When using V5R3 of iSeries Access base level, if you try to do a print screen, you will get just dots. To fix this, you must install a newer iSeries Access Service Pack from IBM. To download the latest iSeries Access Service Pack:

Make sure you select the Service Pack for your version of iSeries Access.
