Grain Customer in Use

User Message: JANEDOE is the terminal using this customer. Enter=Try again or F12=Canc

A user maybe on another session updating, not realizing another job is in progress.
To verify that JANEDOE or other users are not updating the customer's contracts, loads, transfers, or settlements.

WRKOBJLCK OBJ(U5CSLCK) OBJTYPE(*FILE) - This command show all users with a lock on the file.

Grain Customer Lock or In Use

Before using the "4 End Job" option, have user exit program back to a menu. Try option again.
If user has all sessions back to a menu, use"option 4" to end JANEDOE'S job. Try option again.
If users left programs in an abnormal fashion while updating customer's grain information, perform the command below from a Grain Menu.

CLRPFM U5CSLCK

**NOTE: This will clear the safety feature added to the program that prevents users from updating customer's grain data at the same time.
Example: Writing a grain check or filling a contract.
