When do the amounts on my financial statement get calculated?

GL Menu | 5. Financial Reporting Menu | 4. Update Files for Financial Statements
This option needs to be run/rerun for every month after any entries to the general ledger accounts have been made. If you use a financial format that uses a budget column, run this option again and request the budget calculations.
