Delivery Report changes made in Version 6.5

The Energy Delivery report was changed a couple of times in Version 6.5. This is now how this works:

3. Delivery Tickets and Listing:

This program allows you to print delivery tickets and listings. All of this criteria applies to any tanks that would be printed.

Skip customers with previously printed tickets N (Y/N)
Print Types: Delivery Tickets, Driver Report D D=Drv Rpt T=Dlv Tkts B=Both

All questions lead to which tanks to include on the Delivery Tickets & Listing. Type choices and press Enter to generate report.

• Degree day – range of degree days that tank must have in order to be selected to print on delivery list.
• Computed fill date – OR computed fill date tanks must have in order to be selected to print on delivery list.
• Percent Full – Refill point tank can get to in order to be selected to print on delivery list. 20=20% (or less)
• Route – Which route to select. Blank – All of these.
• Driver – Which driver(s) to select
• Fuel use – Which fuel use categories from your file setup to select.
• Delivery type – Which delivery type from your file setup to select.
• Fuel Type – Which fuel type from your file setup to select
• COD Codes Skipped – Which COD codes to skip and not print on this report. * astericks =Skip All COD codes.
• First Sort By: R=Route, Z=Zip, A=Alpha
• Second Sort By: D=Date P=%Full A=Alpha
• Skip customers with previously printed tickets? Y/N
• Print Types: Delivery Tickets, Driver Report D=Drv Rpt T=Dlv Tkts B=Both
