Customer unable to Access eAgVantage

Customer becomes inactive by entering their password wrong several times.
To activate account:

-
Look up their password. By doing this you reactivate the customer's account.

Notes:
-
Customer 'Internet Favorite Page' must be 'First Password Security' page. All other eAgVantage pages will not display from a 'Internet Favorite'.
- Customer may want to change how often they refresh pages when connecting to the Internet. Click:
"Tools"
"Internet Options"
"Settings"
Change - Check for newer version of stored pages
Deleting Temporary Internet files may be necessary.
