Software Updates Available 2007/01/09

One of the Software Updates released this week offers the option to see Sensitive Customer information that has been encrypted for security reasons. This information is available exclusively to authorized users and available only for the session that user is signed onto. User must have authority to Customer Maintenance and Allow Customer Replication.

With this new PTF, This option 22. will be present and useable byauthorized personell only.

U4MEN2 Customer Information Menu

Select one of the following:

10. Customer over Credit Limit Report
11. Customer 12-Month Aging Report
12. Print Statements for Selected Customers
13. Delinquent Comments Report
14. Customers With No Activity Report
15. Customers With Activity Report Cannot Delete

Salesmen
18. Setup Customer Salesman File
19. Global Customer Salesmen Change
20. Customer Salesman Report

Files
22. Customer Master Replication

Option 22. Creates file UxCSTMR x= Company Letter.
Example if company letter is U = UUCSTMR is the file name.
Must run query from work station running option 22
